The property was comfortable and well located, a short walk from amenities in Betws-y-Coed. Our host Richard was lovely and very knowledgeable about the local area and hiking routes in Snowdonia. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with both cooked and buffet options available. Would recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Richard was very welcoming. The room was comfortable with drinks and biscuits supplied.
The breakfasts were lovely, freshly made and hot.
A beautiful spot right on the rivers edge in a quiet area.
Just the weather as we stayed during storms.

A quiet location in a historic building alongside the River.
Needing to be away early to ensure a parking space in the mountains we were astonished to be told that as our first full day was a Bank Holiday, breakfast would not be available until 9am. Breakfast bookings were to be made by 9pm.
We were offered a packed breakfast but when the weather forecast showed rain we tried to change back to the in-house breakfast.
My wife received a surly rejoinder that " The sandwiches have already been made!". These turned out to be rather stale mini baguettes.
We were forced into this option for our second morning as the weather was favourable for our climbing. What the in-house breakfast was like I have no idea.
