Perfect location and very good shared areas.
No complaints - guess car park is a bit small, but in line with expectations in such a small village.

Room was very tidy and modern, easy to turn heating on and off, nice and quiet location. Bathroom was very clean and we had everything we needed.
The parking is very tight and a limited number of spaces. I only have a small car and struggled to get parked.

Twin room was large and hotel overall in good order and welcoming. Staff great.
However a few issues in the room, which were mentioned. Rate not including breakfast felt steep.
I had a booking issue and hotel manager dragged feet to resolve and didn’t respond to emails which meant they didn’t help me in the end. Frustrating.

We loved the location, morning breakfast had lots of options and the overall vibe of the hotel. Staff were welcoming and friendly
The rooms had cob webs and potential mold on the walls and smelt heavily of bleach when we walked in. The heating wasn’t put on and we had to manually turn the cog to bring it on. No lifts so hard with a child and suitcases on to the second floor
