A peaceful neighborhood away from loud traffic. A comfortable bedroom for relaxing. The staff were friendly, helpful throughout our stay. The food and breakfast was a 10 out of 10

This hotel is in a central location, minutes away from the rail station. It has good communal spaces that include a lounge, a bar, a games room with pool table and a spa room with steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. This costs £5 per person for exclusive use. Steam room was out of order.
I had a single room that had an ensuite toilet and shower as well as kettle with tea and coffee.
The breakfast was decent.
The room was pretty basic. I had paid the same the night before for a better quality room. There was no plug by the bed to charge a phone. All in all, perfectly fine but nothing special.

Older but large and clean rooms. Had dinner one evening in the pub, large portions of delicious comfort food. Full and filling Welsh breakfast with friendly staff.
Not for those looking for a modern hotel but very very nice.

Really great location, really friendly staff and a really good selection at the bar. Nice that there were board games available for families to use.
Apart from the kitchen which was relatively new, the apartment was in a poor state cleanliness wise. The carpets were filthy and the general state of repair was poor.
