Perfectly located for Betws-y-coed Dave was so helpful and couldn’t do enough to make our stay pleasurable. Fabulous breakfast with homemade muesli and baked beans! Loved our stay

The host was very welcoming, attentive and helpful. Location was excellent. Amazing breakfast, both in terms of quality and range. Parking onsite was available.

Room was perfectly adequate. For the price though was smaller than other less expensive stays I’ve had in Betws previously (possibly due to a local event?) and noise from boxed in pipework (coming down from room above) was disruptive (though I’m sure this wouldn’t be an issue in other rooms).

Dave the host was great very down to earth and approachable. So helpful with info on food and the area. The B&B was a lovely old building set in lovely grounds and located just by the river. Great location right in the heart of Betwsy but just set back enough to feel nicely secluded. Lovely rooms all individually decorated. Really comfy beds and really clean. And Dave’s a good cook too. Beautiful breakfasts
