Lovely place to stay in a lovely old building

Location was great and free parking. Room was clean and pleasant with a nice view of the park over the road. Breakfast was lovely and hosts very friendly.

We booked to 4 poster bedroom which was a mistake as I found the bed too short. I didn't sleep well because of this. Something to think about if you are over 6 foot tall.

Exceptional

We really enjoyed our stay at Afon View. The location is truly exceptional, quiet and surrounded by the green. Rooms are cosy and clean, and wifi works perfectly.

Great place for visiting Snowdonia

Good location for Snowdonia. Welcoming hosts. Comfortable room. Nice tea and coffee tray which can be refilled. Very good Wi-Fi. Breakfast is optional which was good for us as we prefer to eat later

Brilliant breakfast, wide choice, well cooked and nicely presented. Host team very friendly and obliging. Everywhere scrupulously clean and well maintained. Top marks to Gid and Isabela

Fantastic accommodation, I can’t want to visit again!

Elegant room with spectacular surroundings, very clean, warm and comfortable with tea and coffee facilities in the room. I loved the seating area by the bay windows to enjoy a nice brew and admire the view. The bathroom has a large bath and shower, perfect to relax in after a long day in the mountains. We felt well looked after by the host. I can’t wait to return!

Lovely guest house, ideally located with friendly hosts.

Friendly hosts, lovely cooked breakfast and nice little touches in the room

Shower was a bit of a tight squeeze and not that powerful. All breakfast options were £12. It would have been nice to have a cheaper continental option.

Exceptional

Everything! Gid and Iza have created a little slice of heaven at the foot of Mount Snowdon. It's perfectly located a short dash from everything north Wales has to offer. The bed was extremely comfortable, the lounge well appointed, and the rooms perfectly laid out. While we didn't get the chance to take advantage of their breakfast, it smelled incredible. We'll be back in a heartbeat.

Lovely room with a fantastic view, very comfortable king size bed. Private parking at the back of the Guesthouse. Great shared living room with a real fire and our hosts were really welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.

Incredibly friendly and welcoming hosts who had great recommendations for hikes and restaurants. Our room was so lovely and clean and very comfortable. It was in a great location with parking. Would definitely stay again!

A parking space at the rear of the property, off the main road, a lovely warm welcome, the property was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and nice and warm, there was even a hot water bottle in the wardrobe, we didn't use it, but it was a nice touch.

Beautiful guest house

Lovely little place to stay. Breakfast was Lovely, and Gid was able to provide lots of information regarding the local area. Ideal location in Snowdonia and a very beautiful village. The fire place in the lounge area was very welcoming and the lounge was a lovely place to spend time while not out and about.

the shower could have been more powerful, didn't even attempt to wash my hair as it wouldn't have been doable with the low water pressure.

Fabulous stay

Fabulous stay !! The room was amazing, so comfy and homely. The hosts were fabulous, the room had everything and more we needed ! The view out of the room was fantastic can't wait til we can return for another stay, thankyou so much for everything !!

Afon view was a lovely stay and Gid & Iza we’re amazing hosts

everything was perfect. The room was lovely, had everything we needed and the bed was incredibly comfy! The breakfast was delicious and lots of good choices, the location was amazing too in the middle of betwsy-y-coed. Our hosts, Gid and Iza were very welcoming and were absolutely delightful.

Unfortunately we went out of season, so no breakfast available, but the host recommended some great places to eat that were very nice.

The whole stay went very smoothly. Lovely host, very helpful, made us feel very welcome.
