Nice garden, rooms well maintained, sea view from restaurant, quiet area, next restaurant 50m. Next streets for shopping few minutes with car.
None of the rooms has sea view. Either the nice plants are in front of your window/terrace or the restaurant.
Restaurant prices too high.
Despite well maintained rooms, accomadation price too high at all.
No beach, water reach till the hotel fence.

The property is truly exceptional, lush green and facing the Indian ocean. I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Dar. Also Micah and Mwana (at the reception) and Idrissa (at the restaurant) were cordial, friendly and extremely helpful with directions and recommendations. One of the best properties I've visited so far.
By no fault of its own, it is a little far from the city as well as from the airport.

The bed, the room given was closer to the restraurant, the bed was not comfortable, towels not good
