Very clean, relaxing, and amazing dining staff.
Reception could use better training however.
For example, I wanted to buy water outside the hotel and I was told the only place to buy water was a market two miles away. However while walking I passed by local street vendors selling water just a few yards from the hotel.
Also hot water went out of my room on ky final night. I had to call for updates every few hours because reception never proactively updated me. Even when I was promised updates I never got one
I even checked out without ever receiving an update on the issue.
Dining staff needs to train reception.
The dining staff comes to work with their A game. But reception is sleep at the wheel

The view of the ocean and the hotel grounds was breathtaking!
