Good value for money for a short business visit.

Centrally located to town and easy access to Slipway centre. Rooms are basic but more than adequate and provide for self-catering.

I had booked a room with sea view and ended up with a room facing the parking lot. I don't think nay of the rooms have a real sea view but the ones facing the sea are much quieter.

A good alternative to staying in an expensive hotel for business travels.

It's a self-catered studio apartment with basic amenities and the room was very clean. The Studios as adjacent to the Slipway Hotel with very good restaurants and great ambiance. A nice place to unwind and relax.

Location of the place is good for business and shopping! It is also great for tourist visits and boats

We spent 3 hrs waiting to be checked in as the only staffer was away at hospital we were told.

Great location. Nice comfortable room with all the amenities and a great view of the Ocean. Very clean. Nice service. Lots of shops and restaus nearby. Good value for price. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent! Highly Recommend.

I had a fantastic stay at Slipway Studios. The location in the Slipway complex is great - right by the ocean with cafes, bars, shops and restaurants all downstairs. It's a two minute tuktuk ride to more restaurants and nightclubs. The reception and cleaning staff were lovely and the room had everything I needed: kitchen, fridge, microwave, cable TV, superfast WiFi, fan, aircon, hot water. Masaki is a very safe area to stay in Dar and I highly recommend Slipway Studios. I enjoyed it so much that I booked an extra month!

Everything OK but air con not working, replaced 2nd week, fan,.light whold not turn off. Unable to use room for most of the day ,then thy charged for a full day, which should have been no change for the trouble they caused. Tt

Very good value for money, excellent customer service.

Like how issue with AC was resolved very quickly after informing the reception.

Think bathroom/shower room could do with update. did not like the many platforms, step to get to toilet area and basin, then step to shower, These just feel like accident waiting to happen.

Good value for money and I will return.

Breakfast on the open Terrance restaurant worked well in a Covid environment. Having a choice of breakfasts rather than a buffet where the food was fresh and hot was also much preferable.

Cleanness was good. staff ,excellent, means of access was good and security was good. private place for my liking. Definitely will be back with my family.

Pleasant

I enjoyed the room, it was constantly cleaned and well kept. The staff was really nice and hospitable.

Some of the amenities could be updated and fixed but all-around good.

The location Is excellent, next to shops, restaurants and entertainment

Very pleasant stuff. Ready to assist all the time, the owner was also pleasant and helpful whenever called upon.
