The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the receptionist went way beyond the call of duty to help me book a tour to the Rila Monastery.
A number of lights didn't work, and it's quite a long way from the centre. The public transport works really well though.

The room was big, there was a fridge, a table with two sofa chairs, private bathroom with hot water. It was warm and nice - the hotel has central heating. The hotel has a big parking where you can leave your car and a garden just in front of the windows, which keeps the noise from the main road away. It is located in a nice neighbourhood, there is a big supermarket just next to the hostel. Free Wi-fi is also great.
The smell of cigarettes was very annoying - someone had been smoking in the room before us. It wasn't very clean and the facilities in the bathroom are shabby. The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbours talking.

Room 102 has igrasia and a strange smell. No toilet paper in the room.
