Happened to be here for the jazz festival, whole town was buzzing, Carmen invited us to her braai which we really enjoyed.
Was a little small, but we knew that when booking, shower was weak due to water restrictions

This guest lodge is in an excellent location on the main street. It is easy to walk everywhere. The gardens are lovely with plenty of loungers to relax on. Carmen, the hostess, is very friendly and gives good suggestions. The room was a nice size with an outside stoep. I liked the extra comforts like tissues and face cloths, which very few establishments actually provide. Parking was available on the property grounds.
Although the rooms are neat, clean and comfortable, the outside of the buildings look like they could do with a fresh coat of paint.
The shower was a lovely big size, with nice hot water, but the drains were a bit blocked.
