The building is an historic mansion that has been carefully restored. The location is wonderful, across the street from a good restaurant and just a few steps away from several more coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping.
There's a very long, steep staircase from the parking lot to the main lobby, so be warned.... Unless you are super fit, you will need help with your suitcases!

The location was wonderful. The breakfast was excellent more than two people could eat. The hotel was beautiful and made you feel like you were in a castle.
I would have liked more windows since the view was beautiful. I requested a balcony, but wasn't given one. Since we were staying three nights it would have been nice to have a larger room.

Everything! We were welcomed so immediately and warmly by the mother of the owner. She could not have been nicer and generous when we arrived and greeted with a drink and lively conversation. And breakfast was absolutely beautiful—and plentiful! The rooms are beautiful and immaculate. We loved our time w you! Thank you from America

Good location in a historic hill town. Good restaurants and shops outside door. Good breakfast. Room good, if a bit old fashioned, except for shower (see what we didn't like).
Shower head was missing so showering was problematic. Only stayed one night so didn't have opportunity to change rooms.
