Located centrally but green are not too close to busy streeta
Lift - only 2 operating floors ground to 12 floor.
Lack of organising lift stops means people frequently run lifts to same floors, coukd benefit from pre-registrering wanted floor (before entering)

Comfortable room. Lovely mountainside view. Our room was not ready until 5pm instead of 3pm. To compensate us for the inconvenience, we were given access to the club room with free breakfast and happy hour. A lovely gesture.

No hot water for one night , clearly an infrastructure problem due to demand in hotel - poor for a 5 * hotel
Bathrooms with a shower curtain and bath rather than shower is old fashioned and dated
The bar was disproportionately priced
