Location and vibe.
The three rooms that we had smelled moldy. Concierge desk very helpful when I asked if I could check out at 12 instead of 11. Didn’t agree for me to book a half day rate and was forced to book an extra night even though they told me that the hotel was full.

The hotel is modern with arty decor. The staff gave us a very warm welcome and our room was well appointed! A beautiful mattress!
Overall a great experience…couple of small points…the shower room kept flooding into the bedroom and the room generally was a touch snug compared with the price. You have to pay more to use the outdoor pool which felt a bit tight perhaps.

Beautiful hotel with amazing gym facilities. Lovely pool area and very friendly staff. Bus stop is just around the corner and the walk to itaewon high street is beautiful through the back streets.
The staff are all wonderful in every part of the hotel.
Room was really well equipped and clean but the toilet and shower are in separate rooms, the sink is the middle of the room which makes it slightly more crowded, slightly on the smaller side.
The prices at the pool bar are very high not value for money; I don’t mind paying high prices for good beer and good food, but the Caesar salad and beer prices were extremely high and small servings, burger and hot dog stand better value for money. Breakfast at Cleo was good with western and Korean options, very pricey at $60 Aussie dollar per person but was exactly what we needed for a full day of exploring.
