This place exceeded my expectations by far! It is in a very quiet street next to very lively Hongdae. The breakfast, freshly prepared on a plate is delicious and nutritious.
The room (double one) is giant, with a great view on Seoul local buildings (we see the sky and many of them from far away) and it is spotless clean. I also loved that this is located in a building that hosts startups because it has the “London Shoreditch” vibe I love so much too!
I have loved this place so much that I decided to come back the following week on my way back to Seoul.
Last but not least - it was my fist time in Kirea as a solo female traveler. This place is very safe, the streets around are safe - I had a fantastic experience!

Easy access using public transportation.
On-site laundromat, which can be used cashless.
Filtered water dispenser on every floor.
Spacious shared public area, even has a rooftop garden.
Pet friendly, saw couple of pets during stay.
Toilet has bidet, which is rare in Seoul.
Good water pressure.
Medium sized refrigerator in room (it has a freezer section too).
Wide tiled entryway.
Big sink, countertop is quiet wide.
Surrounded by local eateries, cafe, and convenient stores.
In shared kitchen, not enough cutleries (cutlery drawers were always empty).
Room AC temperature are fixed, can't be changed.
Room layout can be improved. One bed is directly under the AC vent, making it too cold to sleep on. Had to sleep with double layer with blanket on the first night.
Not enough hooks and storage. Desperately need a shoe rack in the entryway.
Bathtub too deep, making it a fall hazard every shower. Please consider removing them completely.

The property is ideal for bars & restaurants all close by as is the metro - great reception area - the staff in the breakfast cafe in reception were very welcoming and friendly
Found the reception staff very rude, and unhelpful
who seemed more interested in the laptop, must be the only Hotel in the world that wouldn’t give you an extra pillow, also taking a towel to reception and then taking a new one was arduous
