Overall good, they provide with all the necessities, facilities clean, room looks nice, they also provide bath robes which is good. Our room was a little bit tight if you have big suitcases, but we managed. Another plus was we could watch the football match between korea and south Africa hahah, good time.
We had issues controlling light and the AC.

Excellent location close to entertainment, shopping and public transport, making it very easy to get around Seoul. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view of the Seoul skyline was fantastic. Small detail, but the shower gel smelled like lychee and was honestly amazing. Great overall location for exploring Hongdae.
The rooms don’t seem particularly soundproof. On the first night around 2am, a group of drunk guests were running through the corridor screaming, which was very disruptive. I also opened the window on arrival and found cigarette butts and rubbish jammed into the window frame which fell out when opened. The small blue light on the mirror was extremely bright at night and needed covering to sleep comfortably. Additionally, the master light switch beside the bed wasn’t working, meaning lights had to be switched off at the entrance and then walking back to the bed or bathroom in the dark.

Overall this was a nice place to stay for the cost. It is a little bit farther from hongik univ. station than I anticipated from Naver (about 15 minute walk), but the walk on the back roads through Hongdae street is really cool. The view was good, and the spa bath was quite nice, although the jets don't work (which was stated in the listing and not a surprise) and a plug was not provided. The room was mostly clean although there was a bit of scale built up around a lot of the bath/shower fittings and some of the lighting fixtures weren't properly fitted in the ceiling, but the beds were comfortable and the staff quite friendly and helpful, especially in arranging luggage storage - and ultimately for how cheap this place was to stay, we were fairly satisfied - it met all of our needs. If you're on a tight budget and want to stay near Hongdae, this is certainly not a bad option by any means.
