Reception staff were friendly and helpful

I dont think this hotel is suitable for families. We stayed 3 nights in room 308. Room felt wrong from the start,mirrors in ceiling and walls. Tiny room. Only a small window, when you open it, you get food smell from the street. Never had the room cleaned? Toilet got blocked once. You can hear noises from the corridor & other rooms. Its close to lotte world and mall, but where its located, its busy, not suitable for families
