Location was perfect, only few minutes walk to the restaurant & shopping mall. This was stress free stay.
Front desk team were very kind & helpful.
The staff was welcoming right from the moment we checked in & very polite manner.
The room was clean, spacious & comfortable.
The view of the city from hotel was spectacular.
Hotel provided fresh linens. very clean.
We had a wonderful stay!!!

Staff on reception and most other staff helpful. Well located for IFC mall.
Hotel is very crowded and feels quite claustrophobic with number of guests. Queues at breakfast time. Long queues at check-in. Long waits for lifts which seem insufficient for volume of guests. Restrictions on number of times a day you can use pool. Occasional rigidity about dress code. Breakfast choice large and most things were good but I felt the quality of certain things were poor (bread was bad) and teabags stored together so English breakfast tea tasted of peppermint etc. I have generally had better experiences in cheaper high end hotels.
