The staffs at reception were very friendly and helpful and supportive and so kind
The breakfast options is not very good ! Also amenities like tea , coffee , shoe polish and washing machine detergent were not available. I believe it should be supplied per day of occupancy

Close to the Han River to watch the International Seoul Fireworks.
For the price, I felt like it was very expensive and the room had no view and was small.

Having a washer and dryer in the room was an excellent idea 😊. I also like the location. Very close to the metro station
I booked two rooms. The space in each room was very small. It was hard to move around. I also wish if there was an iron to iron our clothes. The substitution they had was not any good
