Fantastic stay at the Fantastic Seoul & I highly recommend it.

Gorgeous hotel, smells amazing & has lots of friendly staff who all spoke perfect English. The hotel is in a great area of Seoul.

Stylish comfortable luxury base in Seoul

Stunning hotel. Wonderful design. Very arty. Beautifully presented. Huge rooms with amazing views. We decided to spoil ourselves by booking The Fairmont and we felt spoiled. Wonderful roof top cocktail bar. Views of the river and other sky-scrappers, very dramatic. Loved my room. The shopping plaza connected to the hotel is very classy. We spent a lot of time there and not normally my thing.

Pool and wellness suite is beautiful. Quite a few rules in order to use though.

Hotel located next to Hyundai Mall and its outskirts to the city which made the area not so rowdy.

I am really disappointed by the services of the hotel, been travelling around the world as we tried to stay in International branding hotel rather than the local brand but turns out this is exceptional disappointing. Bearing in mind that we are staying in suite, e.g inner room door spoilt, no assistance in lobby when we are pushing our luggage, called for additional pillows but got rejected, asked for additional key and turn out the access was not given to lounge and we have to get it done again, asked for room service food menu and was told to go back to room to refer to it….the list goes on…..we doubt we will go back to this hotel, we should have listened to our daughter suggestion to stay in Four Seasons when we are paying this price.

Superb

Hotel staff was very kind and professional. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. All my friends said the same thing abut the beds. Food provided at evening cocktail hour at the lounge was substantial enough for dinner. Will come again if I have a chance.

Newly built place. So the facilities looked new. There is a couple of big malls near the hotel.

The carpet and floors weren’t cleaned enough. I saw dried up drink stains or something like that on the floors. the room smells like sewers if you leave the restroom door open. There are water draining pits in the restrooms, which are totally unnecessary, and when they are left dried, sewer smell comes up through drainage pipings and make the room reek. I ordered food to eat in the room and 2 out of 3 times food was lukewarm, and at these times the staff was not using the heat retaining food container. It seems they don’t have enough containers.

Awesome. I will not hesitate stay at your hotel on my next visit.

it was very clean and comfortable, the amenities were very thorough, thinking of every detail your guests might need. Location was very convenient, close to restaurants, shops, transportation. As a solo traveler, I also felt safe. You’re staff was discreet, and very helpful.

I loved my stay.

Superb

The hotel is very modern and the facilities were fantastic. The gym in particular was awesome. The room itself was flawless too. We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff were a bit stuck up and not as kind as other 5-star hotels. There is a clear difference between classiness and arrogance.

a little hiccups in the beginning but this is definitely one of my favourite hotel.

it’s really clean, big and very helpful staff. located next to han river. it’s pretty convenient if you plan to go there

was misleads by the staff regarding the direction from the train station to the hotel. it took us more than 20 minutes to arrive but in fact there’s a way that only required 5 mins walk to the hotel.

Modern, luxurious and comfortable

The location was great for us as it was next two shopping malls. The room was spacious, the building smelled wonderful and the staff were attentive.

Everything was great but there was just 3 minor details that downgraded the experience a little. First, the hotel put the wrong title on the welcoming screen, they put me as "Mr." when I am a "Ms." Second, there were big water stains near the sink and bathtub area. Third, the light up magnifying mirror was too high for me (even when I stood on my toes) and was not adjustable.

Grwat place with modem facilities and connection to a department store.

newly built, very modern, connected to a department store, spacious room, Hollywood king sized bed was awesome.

the fridge in the room wasn’t working properly, the dishes at the buffet had some spec of dusts so they had to be replaced.

New property with excellent location and wonderful staff!

The property was conveniently located next to the new Hyundai Mall, which had a subway station below the mall. The staff were professional, the rooms extremely new and well maintained, and the pool and gym was wonderful and well equipped!

You had to pay extra to use the sauna.

Everything the services and the facilities,also they give me a welcome cake for my honeymoon. Thanks a lot to Kiven he helps me a lot to make my reservation, and thanks to Erin she makes our check-in easy and comfortable.
