Toaster available in common room and location was great with cafes open down the road for breakfast. Great location for trips to OReillys in Lamington National Park. Very reasonable rates very clean room.
The common room had stains on the couch. The fridge needed a wipe out and maybe some milk left for cereal.

It was really well located and the staff were spectacular - friendly and warm and knowledgeable. The lighting in the bathroom was also really nice!
Upon arrival there was not a small amount of someone else’s hair on the bathroom wall and it seems like the hot water turns itself off after a certain time in the evening. The latter was a bit challenging when we returned from a wedding on Mt Tamborine quite late after a long work day as the creative team and we were unable to shower.

Location was good for us, plenty of parking, room was clean. Staff were very pleasant.
Bathroom had unpleasant smell. No hanging space in room. Could use a separate check in area away from main bar. A little overpriced.
