Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location. Breakfast was good.
Rooms advertised as having aircon but it turns off at night when you need it most.

Great staff and clean
The Spa facility was only average, steam room was cool and jet shower not functioning. The room was minimalist and not overly big or comfortable given the high cost, very much in the style of a basic hotel rather than an exclusive spa.
