The cleanliness and overall welcoming upon arrival need to be addressed. Otherwise it's all good. Staff are exceptional. The usual vibe of Four Seasons are not there. No comparison with any other four seasons property. It's like a normal four star hotel. It really need to be addressed.

My stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel enjoys a prime location in Shenzhen’s Futian District, with convenient access to major business areas, shopping centres, and public transportation. Its proximity to COCO Park, the Ping An Financial Centre, and the Convention & Exhibition Centre makes it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travellers.
One of the highlights of the hotel is the spaciousness of the rooms. The accommodations are elegantly designed, featuring high-quality furnishings, comfortable bedding, and large windows offering beautiful city views. The rooms provide a perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and functionality.
