Newly refurbished rooms that were finished to a high quality, incredibly comfortable. Room facilities were perfect. Location close to underground station and quite central meaning good transport links. Staff were very professional and caring.
The downstairs bar could do with an update - the staff were lovely but the decor and menu are outdated. For a good quality chain like this I would expect better labelling on the breakfast and accommodations with dietary requirements. These were possible but it took some effort to arrange

Room was very nice and specious, staff was very friendly and polite
We had dinner at Xingli Chinese Restaurant and found the food to be very good. Unfortunately, the experience was disrupted by a lady who persistently approached my husband with a promotional offer related to the restaurant. She came twice and was extremely insistent, which I found quite intrusive and disappointing.
