The hotel is quite centrally located to the Balcova area. The property is situated right next to a huge shopping mall and plenty of food outlets around the area within 1km radius - walking distance.
It is also located close to the Teliferik - which is on the east side of the hotel. Our room had a very nice view of the Sea (west of the hotel).
Parking was underground, and absolutely free. The hotel is overall a nice property to stay at. The room was neat, the bedsheets were clean to the point, and the cleanliness of the room was immaculate. The washroom was clean with a very nice shower area. Room service was fast and efficient. You could get ironing service for free - they let you use the iron they provide for no charge. There were coffee, Turkish tea and water as complimentary with an electric kettle. The rooms were sound-proof, and non-smoking. The window was quite big - as big as the size of the room towards the seaside.
Staff was courteous, and well-prepared for any questions - with their right answers.

The aisles are quite dark, and the automatic light outside our room wasn't working - and it was quite dark at night when we arrived back to our room.

Not much. However, the car park is small and a challenge finding your way into it!! Also, even though the room is clean but it's a little outdated!!

The door card wasnt work well it was a torture when ever we get back hotel to open it ,
