Большая уютная ванная комната, в целом номер просторный, район колоритный, но не богатый.
Хотелось бы обновить ремонт, добавить мелочей. Сделать раковину на кухне побольше, заменить старый кондиционер который ужасно шумит через какое то время, починить стиральную машину (хотя нам предложили взять вещи на стирку)

Superbe appartement dans un quartier calme. Notre hôte a été très arrangeant à notre arrivée !
Ce n'était qu'une nuit mais elle a été reposante.
Je conseille d'ajouter des pots de shampoings et gel douches :)

The location is great. It is not as fancy as Alsancak; it feels more like a neighborhood for local people. The host was helpful and always tried to respond to my requests. The building and the flat have great potential if they solve some of the maintenance issues. The good news is that some rooms are currently under renovation, so I believe the place could become very good in the near future.
About 20 minutes after my arrival, I discovered a big cockroach in the bathroom (room no. 202). The host offered me another room, so I spent the rest of my stay in room no. 302, which had no cockroaches, at least while I was staying there. I saw another dead cockroach on my last day in the corridor. Maybe I was just unlucky, but this kind of ruined my stay.The new room was better, although it still had some maintenance and comfort issues: loose electrical outlets, some even coming off the wall, and no towel hangers in the bathroom. I also had some problems with the hot water in the bathroom sink.There is no working washing machine there, so do not be misled by the pictures, although they did wash my clothes for free. In the bedroom, you cannot switch off the lights from there; they can only be turned off from the living room.One of the AC units outside is very noisy, and you can definitely hear it even with the windows closed. It was quite disturbing during the night. Finally, some rooms are currently under renovation, so the building is a bit of a mess at the moment: dusty, with things left everywhere in the corridor, and quite dark as well. But I guess this is only temporary.
