I had booked the apartment for a family members and they absolutely loved having access to the kitchen and beautiful verandah to enjoy their morning tea and breakfast, and to overlook English Harbour.
What my family member said is they did not like the bed being seen as soon as you open the door. Also, the kind size bed was too hard. Calvin, the property manager was helpful in providing them with additional quilts to make the bed feel like hard, which was very appreciated. The water in the bathroom sink drained very slow.

Since 2017, Villa Touloulou has been my go to place to stay when I am in Antigua. This recent visit makes my third stay because the apartment is spacious, clean, and I like having a full size kitchen with cookware, cooking and eating utensils, plates, bowls, and drinkware. The facility still looks fantastic after all of these years. Calvin, the property manager is pleasant, easily accessible by WhatsApp, and willing to assist you when you have questions.
What continues to be an issue is the little road that takes you up to Villa Touloulou is in rough shape. Perhaps the business the owners on this small road could join their financial resources together to hire a local concrete company to pave the road or to lay gravel on it to make the road easier for guests, customers, and workers to walk and drive on safely.

Calvin was a great host and very attentive. We had an amazing view from our balcony, overlooking the harbour. Loved the fully equipped kitchen and huge living space. We didn’t want to leave!
