Lady at the reception was very nice
We reported to the reception that AC did not warm up the room so it was cold but nothing was done, and it was cold the whole 2 nights we stayed there.
Shower button was broken so water came out from both shower heads.
The room wasn’t super clean when we arrived, maybe because the window was left open before we checked in.

The staff were incredibly helpful, and made the stay really pleasant. The room was spacious and quiet, even though the highway is close by. It was a great stay, with a fantastic breakfast that we did not expect!

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. De kamer was top qua inrichting. Bed was goed en de douche was ook perfect met makkelijke inloop. Verder was het ontbijt zeer goed en uitgebreid met ook prima koffie. Ook de airco werkte prima.
Eigenlijk viel alles mee. Als ik toch iets moet noemen dan zou het dekbed iets dunner mogen. In de winter ongetwijfeld heerlijk maar deze was voor mij iets te dik en warm.

I'm sad to write this review, but unfortunately, if a hotel hasn't been able to send a single invoice for over two weeks, it doesn't reflect well on the hotel.
Despite informing the hotel from the very beginning of the reservation that an invoice would be required, the hotel is unable to send one for incomprehensible reasons. Repeated requests, reminders, emails, or messages on Booking.com are of no help. First, the staff claims they'll send the invoice to the provided email address without a problem, but then they haven't done so for over two weeks.
Leaving aside the hotel's foolish practice of first receiving responses from a bot (which isn't very intelligent), repeated invoice requests are ineffective, despite providing the necessary information at the very beginning of the reservation. The climax came when the hotel replied (again...) that it would send an invoice to the provided email address, and the next day, the chat bot sent a message saying, "Unfortunately, the hotel overlooked my request to send the invoice by email, and I can resend it or contact the hotel directly."
It's a joke.
So, the review concerns an absurd situation with the service.
