Staff super helpful and friendly. Lifts were driving people a bit angry tho, the key-card thingy doesn't work that well, so if you're in a high floor, you're probably going to get upset if you're in a hurry.
Stinky bathroom drains(it also didn't have ventilation) and constant issues with key-card for the lift.

Didn’t like the staff at the reception. My room was already paid and they wanted to charge again
