The staff and the cleanliness were the best part of the stay, especially Marçal from the reception, and the staff from the breakfast room/restaurant. They were absolutely wonderful.
Unfortunately the 3 nights we were there there was a LOT of slamming doors, yelling and noises in general in the middle of the night, but I didn’t call the reception to complain and just used my noise cancelling headphones instead, so I cannot say is the hotels fault, however the walls of our room allowed for the noise to be heard very well. Another point I should mention is that the room we stayed in felt very dated and would benefit from renovations. The hotel also advertises they have a spa in the premises but the spa is no longer there. The gym is tiny and around 8-9 am it was very crowded.

The location was excellent! It’s a safe, walkable neighborhood. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast provides a large selection. After staff discovered it was my birthday, we were surprised the next morning with a small strawberry cake delivered to our room. Nice touch!

Great variety of breads, pastries, hot foods and cheeses, hams etc. Staff helpful and friendly. Location good and in safe area so easy for getting around.
