A receptividade da equipe, espaço no quarto, ar condicionado, cama confortável, café da manhã adequado com variedade e quantidade de bebidas, frutas, pães e bolos.
A limpeza do banheiro poderia ser melhorada, assim como a qualidade das toalhas de banho. O cartão desmagnetizava, tendo que retornar a recepção para colocar carga.
