Lovely staff, super well organised hotel with spacious rooms. Great central location.
Lack of clear pricing for cheap snacks in the room. They not complimentary, they’re expensive.

Excellent location, great breakfast and clean facilities. My room on the 12th floor had a nice view, great AC, and very confortable.
I wished there was at least one TV channel in English or Spanish.

Very good location, clean room, and a very nice breakfast. My wife had an accident during our stay—an injury caused by a staff member—and we received good support from them, as well as a refund due to the inconvenience.
The incident with my wife was unfortunate and should not have happened at all—it occurred due to a lack of attention from the staff. I understand that these things can happen, and we were compensated in a way, but still, our weekend was somewhat ruined.

Café da manhã e bom atendimento / prestatividade dos funcionários. Hotel bem localizado e com um certo requinte na aparência.
Ficamos numa suíte PCD. Apesar de não ter nos atrapalhado, gostaríamos de ter, por exemplo, box ao invés de cortinas. O banheiro ficou encharcado e tomamos banho com a cortina aberta pois ela ficava grudando em nós. Sei que isso é normal em alguns hotéis fora do país, mas é um detalhe que, pra nós, entra como desempate em casos de dúvidas. Sobre a minha avaliação do preço, pagamos pela localidade, pela reserva em alta demanda etc... Apenas coloquei essa observação por ja ter me hospedado num hotel da mesma rede por menos da metade do preço, então, mesmo ciente, o custo-benefício me chateou um pouco.
