Localização é ótima, o atendimento também foi muito bom. A suíte é muito boa e espaçosa, toalhas de banho e cama muito bem arrumada. Dentro das expectativas.
O isolamento do quarto é muito ruim, entra vento pelas frestas da janela que é de metal e não fecha direito. O banheiro é muito pior, o vento entra dentro do box onde se toma banho quente e isso é muito desconfortável. Tentei fechar a janela que estava semiaberta mas a dobradiça está dura com falta de manutenção. Se o quarto não tivesse aquecedor eu iria pedir para trocar com outro disponível ou cancelar minha estadia. O que salvou foi o aquecedor que trabalhou em 30 graus para manter um ambiente com temperatura de 25 graus devido a entrada de ar fria em uma noite de 7 graus.

Hotel central, próximo de lojas e restaurantes..
Café da manhã muito bom.
Acomodação em geral: chuveiro não tinha água quente (demorou pra aquecer), acredito que o encanamento é muito antigo..
Solicitamos a troca de quarto e o problema persistiu..
A comunicação precisa ser mais clara e assertiva entre os colaboradores da recepção e equipe de manutenção.
