The little pillows on the bed.
It fell short of a 5 star hotel from my experience. Just simple things in the room like mould in the shower, drain not fitted properly on shower floor, mini-bar fridge front glass scratched badly, etc. not a 5 start hotel standard.
I asked to stay another night, but had to change room and got stuck between rooms while moving. Had to get staff to reopen my previous room so that I could get the rest of my stuff out.
Breakfast was average... actually, it was probably the worst out of all the breakfasts that I had in staying in hotels in Brazil. Very limited buffet.

The breakfast was good . The front view was ok .
Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was disappointing. The cleanliness was below expectations — my room had a strong sewage smell that made the stay very uncomfortable. The bathroom walls had visible mold, which was concerning.
On top of that, we were woken up before our scheduled checkout time to be informed there would be a power outage, which never happened. We also requested a late checkout, but that request was not honored.
Considering the price, the room felt very basic and not worth the value. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves these aspects for future guests.
