Las camas son incomodas, colchones demasiado flojos no se si por viejos o por el estilo de colchón; te hundes. El aseo a las habitaciones demasiado tarde

The staff was great. We had a small issue in the room (it was a bit dirty and humid) but they quickly reacted, fixed the problem and gave us free massages for the inconvenience. The pool was awesome, the food was really good (surprising for an all-inclusive), my kids loved Star Camp and the people staying at the hotel were good. Great option for family vacations!
The morning tide went all the way to the limit of the hotel, so you virtually didn't have much options to go to the beach before noon. After that, the beach was ok.
Rooms looking at the beach were very humid but the concierge offered us a dehumidifier and that helped a ton!

The staff is amazing. I was pleasantly surprised how good and varied the breakfast was. Plus, the kids' club is super fun – def recommend if you're traveling with kids.
we had only one option for lunch. You get bored for 4 days.
