We stayed here 5 nights 6 days, and everything was amazing. From the check in drinks to the staff being very nice and helpful. Restaurant food was to die for. (make sure you make reservations, or the staff can make it for you. Buffet restaurant has good selection as well. Rooms were very clean. Housekeepers did an as mazing job every day. We will definitely stay here again and recommended families with kids. The only bad thing I could say is the pool water warm due to the weather being extreamly hot.

Loved the special attention from the Concierge Josue. It really made the trip special for our 2 year old daughter. The Family Selection is really worth it for families with young kids.

I stayed in the Family Selection and liked how close to the pool and The Nest restaurant we were. The food was great every time we ate breakfast, lunch or dinner there. All the restaurants we ate at were good overall, depending on what you ordered.
The butler service was the best perk ever. Josue, Moises and Isaias were all incredible. They really went above and beyond to help us and provided top notch service. The complimentary sun shirts for our 13 year olds was a life saver (skin saver!)
The beach here is great with nice sand and offers fun waves for body and boogie boarding with a separate area for surfers. The aquasize classes were really fun in the main pool. The food at the buffet was better than some other resorts I have stayed at and their fresh stations were awesome. We liked the greenery and layout with pathways and different "relaxation" zones (hammocks or seating tucked away in the "forest"). The gym was decent. Overall, the customer service we received from the moment we checked in was fantastic. Even waiting to check in, the lobby bartender came to offer us a drink. The teens liked the candy wall and enjoyed playing pool and doing karaoke at the Teen Club. The only con to mention is that our room faced construction so we couldn't enjoy our balcony and there was no view - but it only woke me up once and we weren't in the room much. If you are a light sleeper, it may not be great though. I have been to lots of AI and I would definitely go back to this one.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Hector was really helpfull and always so happy to help. Moses,Acosta and Josue were wonderful too.
The room was great and clean and done early in the morning. Which we appreciate.
