The entire staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions we had about events or dining. What a fabulous place and great team run by the Palladium group. The Bell Desk team was super helpful on check in and made sure everything we needed was taken care of.
Concierge service was always there waiting to answer our questions.
Highly recommend you go to this resort with a fabulous Surf Spot also included

We really enjoyed the daily events they have for guests. We love music, and every night they had a show with music to dance. The Restaurants were excellent, especially the a la cart.
The staff was excellent but I want make a special comment about Jose our Concierge, he really impressed us and went above and beyond to make pur stay wonderful. He booked all or Dinners and kept us informed on the events for the day. Every time we approached him with questions, he was so nice and helped us. He is truly an excellent Concierge.
Also, the cheff Raul went above and beyond to prepare our Chilaquiles to our taste.
Bravo one of the Bell Boys was very helpful and nice.

Bartenders at the Quiet pool were fantastic. Also can’t say enough about the Expedia concierge..very very good
