Great staff, helpful. A motel vibe, ground level, nice clean pool, basic but all we needed for a few days.
The location is good, just outside the central area, a bit quieter.
Next to the bus station, you can take the bus direct to the airport.
No fridge in our room but the common kitchen area is well done and useful. Never had any issues with wine and beer going missing.
Very easy place to like.
The bathroom/shower area wasn't great, tired and needed work. Water wasn't always hot.
A coffee maker - with real coffee would be a nice touch.

The staff, including Edwin and Aldo, were lovely and very helpful. We liked how convenient the hotel was to the bus station, breakfast place across the street, and local food places. And the pool, which we often had to ourselves, was a great way to cool off and relax. And the amazing iguana tree in the centre of the hotel was a treat - we often found ourselves trying to find our new reptile friends among the branches. The bed was so comfortable and the AC made the room a retreat from the heat. We appreciated the communal fridge and eating area, which extended our space and we took advantage of the little workout area.
There were a few issues with the room, with one sink out of order due to a broken tap, several light bulbs burnt out and the grout in bathroom needing some attention. All minor issues really. The bar next door was quite loud until 11-12 pm but manageable with ear plugs - if you want a quiet retreat, this is likely not the best place. But if you don't mind being in the thick of things, and the convenience of the bus station, it's great!

Great location, comfortable bed and large bathroom, lovely staff.
The plumbing is a problem, had issues with the toilet and the shower is a bit of a lottery as to whether you freeze or get burned! Taps are not secured on the sinks or shower!

Great location, slightly out of town with an awesome sports / games bar next door. Hotel staff were friendly and informative, and the facilities were clean and extensive.
Can get a little loud due to the bar next door, but isn’t late and doesn’t prevent you from sleeping.
