The hotel is in a very convenient location. Only steps away from the plaza - city center. It's really a charming and lovely place. Feels like stepping back in time. I enjoyed the open upper decks of the hotel. Bed was very comfortable and I appreciated all the extra pillows!
The room was very noisy. Street noise and bar noise - late. When I was leaving, I discovered ear plugs were provided.
The water ran dry the first day. I believe the toilet in my room was the cause as I discovered the flapper hung up in the open position occasionally. Only discovered on day 2 when I could flush again. I told the desk. Problem was not resolved, but it could have been because they couldn't duplicate the issue. It has no powered ventilation system that I saw, but not a problem during my visit in March (perfect weather).
