Wir hatten mit Freunden ein wunderbares Wochenende in diesem wunderschönen alten Fachwerkhaus in sehr zentraler Lager. Besonders gefallen hat uns neben dem Char dieses schönen Hauses die Terrasse direkt an der Spree im Grünen Punkt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln. Es hat nichts gefehlt.

Uriges Haus, direkt an der Spree gelegen. Renoviertes, altes Haus mit guter Ausstattung. Sehr ruhige Lage, aber zentral.

Etwas "pingeliger" Vermieter. Hat alles kontrolliert, verlangte auch eine Kaution. Wir sind zwei Freundinnen, die getrennt schlafen wollten und haben deshalb eine Unterkunft mit zwei Schlafzimmern gebucht. Für die Benutzung des 2. Schlafzimmers verlangte der Vermieter dann einen Aufpreis von 5€ pro Person und Nacht, was uns sehr verwunderte und er als Fehler von Booking.com darstellte. Er habe mit einer Person gerechnet. Wir haben das bezahlt, aber uns geärgert und bitten auf dem Weg über Booking.com um Erstattung. Aus diesem Grund empfehlen wir das Haus nur bedingt trotz aller Vorteile.

Sehr privates FH. Eines der ältesten Häuser von Cottbus in einer architektonisch interessanten Ecke. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar: Marktplatz in 5, Stadthalle in 10, Stadttheater in 15, Stadion in 20, Tierpark in 30 und Pyramiden in 35 Minuten.

Altstadt ist üppig beleuchtet. Eine Schlafbrille ist nicht von Nachteil.
