Information on key box was all clear, eventually. The property has an excellent clean, large shared kitchen with good appliances and all necessary equipment for cooking, unlike many places I have stayed. The rooms are large clean and well outfitted. Mattress and bedding was excellent.
The self check-in form required a lot of details which I would think might be easier to get from Booking.com but perhaps that is not shared. Two other guests could not get wifi to work simply because the password is hard to read with upper and lower cases, so I imagine some people rate the wifi low even though it works well. There is no information shelf: it would be nice to have a little more info about the local area. I only got an email when I was leaving telling me about places to try. And the local transport is complex, so when I needed to find the bus to the S-bahn to the airport, I did not know where the bus stop was. A local map in the apartment would be very helpful. U7 is a very interesting U-bahn route as well, but I had to find everything on my own.

Good location close to U station, room had a nice plenty of natural light and windows that open with a view of the neighbourhood houses, there are two washing machines on site that are free to use, drying racks are supplied in rooms. Internet is fast
Lots of stairs no Lift

Spacious clean property well situated near town
No lift and too many flights of stairs up every day
Very very warm and the water in the bathroom was very weak when people used kitchen
