Very happy with this hotel. Easy access to the city, Kings Park, and places to eat. Will definitely aim to stay here on my next visit to Perth.
Get there early if you want your car in the main courtyard - parking isn't assigned and I ended up parking in the overflow parking out the back - which was possibly a shorter walk than if I'd parked in the far corner of the main carpark. Parking did not detract from my stay. Only improvement would be more lighting in the room.

Location was fine, good value for money, facilities good, comfortable room.
Room is a little bit tired. For example, the vanity unit in the bathroom has swelling chipboard.

It was clean but dated. Bed a little hard. But overall not too bad
Bed comfort. Front of office lady a little unfriendly
