Love this motel, I always stay here. Location is fantastic, I always get a parking spot even when I am coming back late. It is so close to Kings Park, UWA or anywhere in and around Perth. The area feels safe when walking around at night and public transport just in front of the door if needed. The rooms are always clean and spacious, you can hardly hear the road when your room is facing it unless you open the window. There is a little kitchenette with kettle, fridge, microwave and toaster and plates, cups and glasses are provided. This is my place to go, I don't even shop around anymore. I usually arrive after hours and everything is arranged and communicated perfectly. This time I was a little early to check in (or would have had to use the after hours check in again). Check in and check out was easy and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!
For myself: I don't have anything I didn't like. If I would be very very fuzzy: the shower was a bit cold in the morning and the bathroom might be a bit small for some. But none if this is an issue for me..
