Breakfasts were great. Rooms are clean and tidy with the usual tea and coffee in the room as well as two bottles of still water and some biscuits.
Third time in staying at Sunnycroft Phil and Karen are very welcoming.

We felt the guesthouse was very run down in lots of areas particularly in our room and it did not match the pictures under which we booked . Dirty kettle in our room
