Pools were fantastic for the grandkids, breakfast choices were excellent and the room was huge. Loved the dressing area and bath. The range and quality of drinks and food on site at the bars and restaurants was also very good.
The staff were all exceptional. Having Gaby message us before our arrival, meet us and take us to our room, and then be available to help when we locked ourselves out or lost belongings made it so easy.

Spacious rooms, multiple pools, clean and beachfront area. Free shuttle to Bali collection
Having to cross the road for the main pool, beach and restaurants. Some requests unmet when calling reception for assistance.

Great pool, restaurants on site.
Rooms where awful. Very dated, not that clean, balcony was unusable.
We were on level 5 at the back of the hotel was so far from the reception area. Mark's on walls, furniture, bedding. Could do with some serious updates.
Due to the poor standards of the rooms I would rate this a 3 star. (Definitely not a 5 star)
