The staff was very friendly and the riad's interior was simply gorgeous and a delight to view and photograph. The included breakfast was quite good and included fried eggs, coffee, cheeses, olives, dates, and grapes.
We appreciated being able to use the fridge and freezer.
We thought there were only 10 steps, but there were many, many more, which was unexpected. When I mentioned that it was difficult with so many steps after my husband's recent back surgery and our ages, we were immediately given another room.
Having a kettle was very handy. Appreciated the shampoo and soap.
The steps were obviously an issue.
Unfortunately, the second room we were assigned needed some TLC - cheap bed cover, chipped sink, holes in towels, a stain on a chair, cheap furniture on the balcony, and an unappealing view of the hillside with lots of trash.
The room was more like one found in a second rate property and didn't mesh with the grandeur of the riad.
Why put a kettle far away from any outlet?!!

The location of this Riad is amazing: atop the moutain, in a quiet neighborhood, with fresh air amazing views. It is super clean, charming, and extremely welcoming.

The place is really beautiful and worth the stay. The owners of the place were really nice to talk to. Their family has an interesting history.
The bedrooms lack facilities like a kettle, bottles of water, hair dryer. The breakfast was a bit disappointing because there was no "real" butter, nor jam.
