Great location in the Medina (I walked from the ferry). Very helpful and accommodating staff: Special breakfast was arranged as I had an early departure. I loved my room and appreciated the upper deck of the hotel overlooking the Medina.
Not "accessible" friendly. I was on the 3rd floor and had no problems: However, the very steep staircases reminded me of old Amsterdam hotels. It would probably a challenge if you had a lot of luggage, but I'm certain the staff would assist.

The hotel is a "dar" a traditional house with about 4 floors and a terrace on top, situated just at the entrace of the old town (medina). From the main square where taxis leave you, it is a 5 minute walk. Other houses are a lot higher and need 15 minute of going up steep slopes to reach there. So this is very convenient.
There is always someone there. The breakfast is included and is served on the terrace on top. From there there is a great view over the harbour, and the rest of the old city. The room has its bathroom included in the room. Other rooms have private bathroom at the same floor. Everything is very clean, and provided with towels, soap, shower, toilet paper, and a new bottle of cold water. Rooms have air conditioning. Good internet. No TV, or mini fridge but it was not needed.
From there a taxi to airport takes about 25 minutes and costs 100-150 dirhams. Drivers accept euros too.
Nothing, all was good.
