Airport 20 mins away. Did not have breakfast. Room was good.
Some guests taking unnecessary time to check in,hasselling the check in staff. A separate desk to handle such boarders should made.

The staff was very rude and not at all empathetic to our request for a quiet room. There was continuous drilling and construction going on on the very floor where we were, and this was extremely irritating.
The response and demeanor of the staff towards the guests.
