We are not sure why they have been negative reviews because based on our experience this is top drawer.
Very convenient for a last night stay before heading home, the staff could not have been more helpful, especially Shasham the restaurant front of house, and the curry in the restaurant was one of the best we have had in four weeks travelling round India.
Next time we are in Delhi and looking for somewhere to stay, we will definitely be back. Thank you.

The hotel was clean, beds were very comfortable and staff were lovely and very attentive and helpful.
We booked 5 rooms and 2 smelled of smoke, 2 showers did not work properly. The hotel advertises that it has a day spa and a rooftop terrace however they have been closed since Covid.
The buffet dinner doesn't start until 8.30pm which is hard with children and the one night we got there at 8.30pm for dinner they didn't have a buffet due to not having many bookings staying and then we had to wait further for them to cook us food.
