I would definitely not recommend anyone to stay here and of course will not make that mistake again

The hotel needs repair and is very basic.... rather substandard

Good location, proximity to airport. suited for those arriving or departing late night flights

Good Options in Breakfast. Location is good for staying close to airport.

TV was not working. Wash basin drain was clogged but was promptly cleared by staff upon informing them.

nice hotel not within aerocity but just outside aerocity

we were a little early as had a early morning flight. we did not had to wait till 12pm to get our rooms. the rooms were not ready on our arrival but were given to us as soon as they were cleaned and ready for us. breakfast spread was just right - not too large and not too small. food quality was also good and tasty.

toiletries provided could be of better quality.

Meets expectations of an airport hotel

Very close to the airport, comfortable and clean as expected.

The taxi I ordered at the reception was surprisingly expensive for a ride of only a km or two.

Staff was good.

Ground floor rooms were stinking. No windows in our room. Mid day was like 9pm. Had a bad experience and kids just hate it.

The hotel was very clean, it had staff at the reception desk round the clock, the rooms were suitably sized, clean, quiet and functional. The bathrooms were clean, and although a bit small, it had clean towels and the usual complimentary toiletries. Check out was also smooth. The staff was friendly.

Airport pick: I specifically booked a taxi to pick me up from the airport, and asked for someone who would pick me up from the arrival gates. I was told that someone would be standing there with a placard. Instead, when my flight landed at midnight, I got a call from the driver to come to a certain point. I had to walk with my large luggage and small child to some parking region where the driver had parked his car. This was quite scary because it was after midnight, it was a new city, I am a woman with a small child, and I was walking through crowded and deserted regions outside the airport, all the time hoping for our safety. It was a highly stressful situation, and to think that I paid Rs 1200, which is at least twice more than what the airport taxis would have cost me!!

Nothing in the menu. No where close to 4 star

Rooms were not maintained, bad smell in the room… bathroom were smelling bad.
