Though basic, convenient and comfortable stay

Clean, helpful staff, strong a/c, good location, comfortable bed. Breakfast is nothing fancy but decent

Old building, windows have large gaps though a/c surprisingly keeps up.

Superb

I booked 2 rooms, they were both very comfortable and spacious. A/C worked well and there´s hot water in the shower. Location is also great, close to many restaurants and easy access to the main road that takes you to some attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

Some water leaked into one of the rooms a night after a storm. Also, parking in the afternoon starts at 19:00. In case you bring your car, you would need to wait until then to have it in the hotel´s lot.

- location; - authentic old house;

- narrow and steep staircase; - narrow bathroom; The toilet lid wasn't standing up. We had to hold it while using the toilet. The staff wasn't flexible and declined our request to get our breakfast early to go.

nice hotel but TINY bed

good location, nice staff and good breakfast.

the beds are tiny, way too small for two people. like 1.20m. we peeked into other rooms that had two people in it and they had two of these single beds.

Good location, comfy beds

The bathroom has a direct opening on the balcony that can't be closed, and the bathroom door is very thin. As a result, most of the energy for AC goes to waste.

Good value hotel in Palenque centro.

Handy location if your doing any tours around Palenque. The staff were really helping in booking a taxi to Villahermosa airport for us.

Great stay in Palenque

centrally located. Easy 15 min walk to Ado bus terminal. Friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Continental breakfast (cornflakes, fresh fruit, yoghurt, toast and jam) and good coffee! Well maintained rooms and efficient air conditioning. We were able to store our luggage for free after checking out.

Everything was great. Stairs to any of the three floors.

Pleasant

Staff was helpful although I had to insist to have something be done like an extra pillow or have a paper printed out. Breakfast was OK. We could leave our luggage in the storage room while visiting Palenque archeological sites. Bed was very comfortable.

Bathroom needs a total make-over. Windows are not sound-proof so you hear all noises coming from the street. The small balcony had some sorts of metal windows so a bit awkward...

Clean comfortable room with plenty of space and a great shower with great water pressure. Perfect for what myself and my partner needed over the weekend we stayed

very comfortable big bed , nice location walking distance to everything in the center

no lift was so hard to pull up and down suitcase upon arrival a man helped but upon checking out was only lady at the lobby but we managed

Good value for the money, very friendly and helpful staff, simple but very clean.

There are locals hanging out on the street just outside and the environment around the hotel is generally noisy all night long so if you are a light sleeper ask for a room not facing the street directly.

Noise from bar next door. The hotel price was much more than a 4 star hotel in San Cristobal de las Casas which is a fancier town. Hotel pics seem more glamourous than this hotel. Its really a 2 star hotel.

Very nice and clean hotel

The room was clean, good with space, nice bed and big fresh bathroom. The breakfast which was included was good. The location is centrally and the staff is helpful. We liked this hotel alot.

Great location

We loved the king size bed, the room was very clean and comfortable. The location couldn't be better!

Isolation isn't very good, it seemed like there were no windows at all, it was very loud. A shower curtain would be nice as well.

An adequate hotel for staying in the downtown area of Palenque.

The hotel is in the center of the city. The room is very comfortable and the water hot. Breakfast was not amazing, but adequate.

Since the hotel is in the center, it is noisy outside. Not much the hotel can do about this though.
