Arrived late. Patrick was very accommodating, room was warm and inviting. Coffee and cookies, hot shower, comfy bed, wonderful breakfast - all perfect.

Absolutely beautiful property, very comfortable and clean. Couldn’t fault anything. Hosts Patrick and Mary Clare were lovely, welcoming and offered excellent local recommendations. We ate at Street Eats which was fabulous if you are looking for some very tasty Asian food in Kaikoura. Short walk into town along the beachfront. Amazing view from your room. Just wonderful.
